VRF Heat Pump Systems

 

Variant Refrigerant Flow heat pump systems are designed to allow multiple indoor units (usually more than five) to be run from a single outdoor unit.

 

Two pipe VRF systems allow all the units at any one time to run in either cooling or heating where as three pipe systems allow each indoor unit to be run independently in cooling or heating irrespective of what function the other indoor units may be running in.
