When choosing the correct output conservatory air conditioning unit or system please use the following industry recognised calculation :-

Conservatories

-for South or West facing you will require 300 watts / 1071 btu of cooling capacity per square meter of space

For example, a 12 square meter conservatory will require 3,600 watts / 3.6kw / 12,850 btu of cooling.

-for North or East facing you will require 200 watts / 714 btu of cooling capacity per square meter of space

For example, a 12 square meter conservatory will require 2,200 watts / 2.2kw / 8,568 btu of cooling.
