Hitachi Mini 4-Way Cassette RAI-35RPA 3.5kW Inverter Split Air Conditioning System.

Hitachi is one of Japan's giant electronics conglomerates renowned for quality, their air conditioning and heat pump systems are no exception. The Hitachi Summit range offers energy efficiency with many other manufacturers using their efficient inverter driven compressors (outdoor units). Hitachi has pioneered energy efficient systems with the outdoor unit using Hitachi’s pioneered PAM inverter drive system.  

The Hitachi Mini 4-Way ceiling cassette system is the perfect solution for cooling in spaces from small commercial to large offices. With a built-in motion sensor which adjusts the airflow depending on a presence in the room, guaranteed heating when outside temperatures are as low as -20°C, and "silky flow" louvres, the Mini 4-Way has many desirable features.

  • Built-in motion detector: changes the function of the unit when people are in or out the room
  • Guaranteed heating: even when outside temperatures are down to -20°C
  • Volt free contact: Volt free contact of the air conditioning system - can be used to turn the unit on/off remotely after receiving a signal such as a key-card, door or window switch, specifically uselful in hotel rooms to prevent unnecessary use (accessory SPXWDC2 is required)
  • Quiet operation: Low noise levels courtesy of low fan speeds 
  • Can be locked in heating mode: suitable for BREEAM assessed buildings where cooling mode is not accepted or simply not required
  • Remote control: 24-hour, 7-day infra-red controller with ECO operation, weekly timer, and room temperature display
  • ECO operation: energy saving and leave home function which allows you to set temperature at 10°C automatically when you are away for up to 99 days
  • DC Inverter: precisely adjusts the power required ensuring comfort and durability of the installation
